Tatum's "Business Trip"

On Thursday, we were trying to surprise Tatum with a trip to Kings Island. We got up as normal as I told her the night before she would probably be hanging with me and I had to get a lot of things done. When she got up and finished breakfast we broke the news that daddy needed some help on his trip and we decided she could go.

She was clueless.

Andrew packed a backpack of lunch, sunscreen, water,etc and off they went. He was so nice to keep me updated via pictures and phone calls so that I didn't feel like I was missing anything. Being 7 months pregnant, it just wasn't feasible for me spend the extra 40.00-50.00 to just "walk around", so I swallowed my motherly pride of wanting to be there for all of their "firsts" and had Andrew take her by himself. I got several updates throughout the day as well as pics. As soon as I can figure out how to get them from my cellphone to the computer, I will post them. I know there is that option, I just have to figure it out!

When she got home, I did ask her all about it, but she was so tired...she just went upstairs. The following morning, she woke me up and said with all smiles, "guess what? I went to Kings Island". She was very excited to tell me all about it.

I am so happy that she got to experience that this summer. Since we didn't do a vacation, we have been trying to figure out a good way to get them out and about this summer. Such a good memory she will have with her daddy:)
