36 Week Appointment

First and foremost, I need to take this time to thank my daddy. He came today and sat in the waiting room with Becket so that he did not have to be in the room with me. This really means a lot to me!

Weight: 4 lbs. She wasn't angry but just said it wasn't like me. She asked what I might have changed and I told her I hadn't been to the gym in a week. Its so painful to walk...it feels better to swim..but if I want to swim, I then have to take the children. So then it turns out to be more about watching the kids have fun than getting the exercise I need. She said "get back to the gym".

BP: 128/80...perfect again.

HB: 130's

Appointment overall went very well. I think I was less stressed knowing Beckett was being well taken care of from my dad--and I didn't have to answer any questions:) I got my Group B Strep test today and I will find out next week. I did have this with Tatum but not with Beckett. Also, for the last part of my pregnancy, amazingly I am not running big. Praise Jesus. I am measuring at 35 weeks. Baby is down and dilation was a 1.

I'll take it. I keep telling baby that I need one more week. My aunt and cousin are coming in from Florida next week on Thursday and they are staying until Saturday. No that baby will listen...but that is my hope. I want their visit to be no stress as well as no stress for my dad as I know he is really worried about me going into labor before they arrive or while they are here.

I also keep making a list of things that I still need....or WANT might be more like it.

1. New baby monitor...we need a digital one
2. A baby book ...tried Target and BRU...didn't find one that I liked...suggestions?
3. A swaddler blanket. I've never had one..but want one this time around
4. More paci's. I let Tatum pick out a pack and I have one that came in a package from my friend Debbie. I know it will depend on what baby wants...

Hahah...I think that is it!
