She went to practices for 11 weeks prior to the play and twice the weekend of. She had two performances and she did beautifully. It was hard for me to see her as she was the last on her row and all the "big" performers were in front of her. I tried to get as many pictures as I could.
I can tell you that I was brought to tears with my cutie. She makes me so proud. Each child was to pick out what ornament they wanted to be and Tatum picked out a butterfly. I didn't know we even had a butterfly costume but she came home and pulled out some antennae and some wings and we made do with the rest. She performed with a few of her friends from church. It was open to kids in grades 1-5 for the choir and the older kids in the church handled the speaking parts. They sang some adorable Christmas tunes of which I had never heart but melted my heart none the less.
I think she has a knack for the arts though. She has enjoyed going to plays with both grandma's this summer and now in performing in one.
